third party seeking informaton from InVesta Services and you do not have an
account, please return to the home page and place your cursor over "Services" on the
on the top tool bar. Then, from the drop-down menu that will appear, click on "Attorneys, Lenders, Title Companies".

ATTENTION ALL INFORMATION ACCOUNT HOLDERS,
In response to the ever-increasing demand for publicly available recording information associated with the Georgia
tax liens serviced by InVesta Services, LLC, please be advised that effective January 1, 2016, this website will
begin supplying Clerk’s recording information with all reports generated. The price for each report generated
through this website by account holders will increase to $35.00.
For account holders needing a W9 for InVesta Services, LLC for payment of Information Account related charges ,
you may locate a printable W9 by simply visiting www.investaservices.com and logging into the system with your account
logon information and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. Once at the Account Summary page, you may find a link to a
printable W9 for InVesta Services, LLC listed under “Additional Information”.
Reminder for all Information Account Holders:
If InVesta Services bills your company and the invoice is returned as undeliverable, your account
will be suspended until you bring the account current and provide the proper billing address. You can update
your billing information anytime by clicking on the 'Edit the billing information' link under the Account Summary tab once you have logged into the
system.
